So you are sitting on the dock looking out over Florida Bay, feet dangling near the water and you look down and see a lazy Redfish swimming just under your toes. You look up just in time to see the Sun setting behind a distant thunderhead and the sky is bright orange, Pink and Purple and you can't believe you are actually here... oh wait... I'm just having a piece of the BEST Key Lime Pie on the planet in my kitchen. Guys you have to try this KLP...it will change your life...or at least your frame of mind.
